Rules
- 3:00 Rounds with 1:00 break between Rounds.
- Fights go 6, 8, or 10 rounds depending on circumstances.
- No shots below belt.
- No punchs in the back.
- No headbutts.
- 1st violation is considered a warning. (minus one pt.)
- 2nd violation automatic T.K.O.
- 12 oz gloves worn.
- No punches thrown when opponent is down or on one knee.
- 3 Knockdowns in one round, fight is called T.K.O.
- Fighter cannot stand up after 10 second fights is called K.O.
- You must wear a mouthguard.

Scoring
- 10 point system used.
- Maximum 10 pts earned per round
- Minimum 7 pts earned per round.
- Subtract one point for an illegal blow, hit after round is over or hitting the ref.
- Add one point for a Knockdown. (ex. you win the round 10-9 and you knock opponent down, the score is now 10-8)
- If no K.O. is recorded before the fight is over. The score decides the winner of the fight
